Alfred began his building career in 2020 while living in Wellington. Always hands-on and active by nature, he knew that a desk-bound career wasn’t for him. Building offered the perfect combination of practical work, problem-solving and creating something tangible.

Over the years, Alfred has gained experience across a wide range of building projects, developing a particular passion for renovations and landscaping. He enjoys working closely with clients to understand what they’re looking to achieve and finding practical solutions that deliver a quality result.

In 2026, Alfred and his family relocated to Christchurch. With a fresh start came the opportunity to establish Koh Built Limited, bringing his experience, skills and approach to building to the Christchurch and North Canterbury communities.

Koh Built specialises in renovations, landscaping and maintenance, with a focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail and results that are built to last.
